When squatting, I focus on my feet. Grabbing the floor with the full foot and maintaining a balance at the 3 main touch points. Heel, big toe and pinky toe. By staying in my feet, and not feeling any "rocking" from front to back, it's the cue that allows for the most vertical bar path over the mid-foot. Even if you don't see any movement of your foot in a video, you can feel your weight shift from heel to toe. Eliminate that and you'll find your squat more
